In this study, DOTA was used as a ligand to develop a magnetic IMAC material capable of supporting mixed lanthanide metal ions (Tb3+, Tm3+, Ho3+, Lu3+), Fe3O4@TCPP-DOTA-M3+, and used for phosphopeptide enrichment. First, the amino-modified magnetic nanomaterial covalently bonds the hydrophilic linking arm TCPP (tetracarboxys(4-carboxylphenyl)porphyrin) and DOTA to the surface of the material through ethylenediamine, and then simultaneously immobilizes various lanthanide metal ions on the material. Surface synthesis of new magnetic nanomaterials. The new material was subjected to phosphorylation proteomic analysis of the standard protein α-casein-cut product, the mixture of α-casein-cut product and BSA-cut product (1:100), and the complex biological sample digestion products. The functionalized magnetic nanomaterial Fe3O4@TCPP-DOTA-M3+ (Tb3+, Tm3+, Ho3+, Lu3+) mixed with lanthanide metal realizes the specific enrichment and separation of phosphopeptides. The introduction of TCPP and DOTA increases the hydrophilicity, stability and metal ion loading of the material, so that the newly developed mixed lanthanide metal ion-loaded magnetic nanomaterials are not only superior to single-tethered metals. The phosphopeptide enrichment effect of ion-supported magnetic nanomaterials is superior to the phosphopeptide enrichment effect of commercial Ti O2 materials. When new materials were used for the actual sample Hela cell phosphopeptide enrichment and mass spectrometry identification, a single mass spectrometry analysis identified 9048 phosphorylated peptides corresponding to 2103 phosphorylated proteomes.

Durability of concrete defects after repair with MPC. The water resistance of the concrete surface defects and the seawater corrosion resistance of the surface layer of the concrete were studied. The sodium chloride solution was selected as the corrosive medium in the test. The results show that the surface exfoliation concrete has excellent water resistance performance after being repaired by the benchmark MPC mortar. The surface water absorption rate of the surface after 3 h of curing is only 3.13×10-8 g·s-1 mm-2. The concrete specimens repaired by the reference MPC mortar on the concrete surface have a corrosion resistance coefficient of 0.843 after simulated seawater erosion for 28 days, and the corrosion resistance coefficients of the FAMPC mortar and SGMPC mortar after repair are 0.764 and 0.849, respectively. After that, the free chloride ion diffusion coefficient is 9.03 × 10-6mm2s-1, and the chloride ion permeability coefficients of the matrix after repair of FAMPC mortar and SGMPC mortar are 9.97×10-6mm2s-1 and 8.771×10-6mm2s-1, respectively. Both decrease with the increase of exposure time, indicating that MPC materials can be used for rapid repair requirements of airport pavements in coastal areas.

The surface of ABS resin was pretreated by different pre-treatment processes such as polishing, lye cleaning or corona discharge treatment, and then 6-(3-triethoxy) was prepared on the surface of different pretreated ABS resin by self-assembly technique. Silicone propyl) ammonia-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dithiol monosodium salt (TES) film was subjected to electroless copper plating. The surface state of ABS resin and the surface appearance after electroless copper plating were characterized by contact angle measuring instrument, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and adhesion test. The results show that the surface contact angle of the ABS resin after corona discharge treatment is 46.3° compared with the surface of the ABS resin after the lye cleaning and polishing treatment, and the hydrophilicity is good, which is beneficial to the surface of the ABS resin. Formation of a silane self-assembled film. The results of electroless copper plating show that the copper layer formed on the surface of the polished ABS resin has poor uniformity and large copper particles; the copper layer prepared on the surface after alkali treatment is dense and uniform, but easy to fall off; the surface after corona treatment The copper layer is dense and uniform, and the copper particles are small and have good connectivity to the substrate

According to the classification and repair principle of self-healing polymer materials,domestic and foreign research progress on self-healing polymer materials of intrinsic structure and synthetic structure was summarized.  The intrinsic structure self-healing polymer materials included rupture spontaneous growth materials based on covalent bonds such acyl hydrazone bond,disulfide bond,nitrogen oxygen bond and Dieal-Alder,reversible non-covalent bond materials based on hydrogen bond type,super hydrophobic type, ionic reaction and coordination bond ;the synthetic self-healing polymer materials involved filling microcapsule type and bionic human vascular materials.  Finally,the develop trend of self-healing polymer materials was prospected
